Battling with NATWEST

Hi all, succesfully claimed my bank charges before the "TEST CASE" started. At the moment i'm claiming my wife's charges under the hardship rules. Her bank has sent a CUSTOMER FINANCIAL STATMENT form to be filled in.
Is this the procedure to follow or is there a better way, also any hints or tips on filling this form out inorder to get the charges back will be a great help.
THANKS.

Thiis quite normal. Without it the bank won't consider a hardship claim

Fill it in accurately and honestly and include any documentary evidence of priority debt arrears (rent/mortgage, utilities, council tax )

Not sure what your wife's current circumstances are but are you aware that you will have to hand back your debit card and cheque book and change to a basic account if you apply under the hardship rukes with RBS/Natwest.

Might not be a problem but just wanted to be sure you were aware of this, they do normally mention it in their letter.
