Capital One?

Hi,
I have a credit card with Capital One and it went to Debt Recovery Agency and then on to another, at that point I wrote to them asking for my credit agreement to be sent to me, they agreed and put the account on 30 day hold saying the agreement would be sent to me... this was in June and I never received it...now Capital One have written to me saying they have restored my account....makes me suspicious, why wasn't my credit agreement sent?

Cap One are probably re-writing your credit agreement. Note how the pages of their T&C's are never numbered, nor dated.

Are they allowed to do that?
Just wondering if there are charges and insurance on there that I am unaware that I am paying?
    All seems a bit suspicious.

Nothing surprises me with these CC companies. Some, like MBNA even try to disguise PPI charges, as Credit Insurance.

Sometimes don't you wish you could challenge the CEO to a dual?

What should I do then? Ask them to send my credit agreement and statements?

Send them £1 by postal order and get your credit agreement/T&C's.
