Orange £20 HMV voucher

I noticed on the Orange website that you can get a £20 HMV voucher when buying a PAYG Samsung phone. Since the cheapest Samsung phone is £9.50+£20 top-up this looks like a good deal, but I was wondering if anyone has done this and knows whether there is a minimum spend to use the voucher?

Hi Laura, I work for Orange and might be able to help.
The offer of a £20.00 HMV voucher when you buy a Samsung PAYG handset is not conditional on a minimum spend, however, a compulsary top-up applies to all handsets purchased.
The voucher is subject to the standard HMV terms and conditions. Further information on these can be found on the Help pages of www.hmv.com, in the evouchers section.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Darren

Hi
Can the £20 voucher be used in its entirety or is it one of those booklets where you get vouchers such as £2.00 off a £10 spend etc?

Has anyone else had problems with this offer? I had to phone Orange twice to get my £20 top-up added (sounded like an overseas call-centre), was promised a follow-up call which never materialised and still haven't received my e-voucher code for HMV 13 days after purchase (they say 10 in the terms & conditions).
This is the second time Orange have caused me hassle with a mobile phone - definitely put off buying from them again!0 -
Not got mine yet either...0

Hi Darren,
Orange have scammed me with this HMV offer. It's been over 28 days for me, and the HMV vouchers never materialized. Despite multiple attempts on my part to chase them up. Orange clearly have no intention of honoring their promise (I believe they've run out of vouchers or something).
It's caused me way too much stress already, I will never again have anything to do with orange. I believe the consumer needs to be aware of the kind of scams Orange are pulling..
I believe they are well in breach of contract, how can I get my money back?0 -
