I unfortunately purchased a pair of counterfeit straighteners from the above company and my credit card company have offered to help. However, they need an address and I do not have any correspondence with this on. Can anyone help?

The address should be irrelevant. All you have to do is tender return. It does not actually have to be sent back before they will deal with it for you. i rarely see the merchant reply back to anyone so good luck on that front. Send them an email advising you are making the item available to pick up by them. Advise your bank that you have not had any response( give it a few days to give them a chance.).

This goes for Mastercard only. not sure on process for Visa my understanding is that yes you HAVE to return goods to the merchant however if you dont get a reply or unable to get an addresss that can get the money back via a Precompliance( tecnicality).
