LLoyds TSB - charges correct?

I am trying to reclaim bank charges on behalf of my brother from Lloyds. I have sent Martins initial letter off and received copy charges. We are claiming under financial hardship. The charges from 2001 to date are all mostly for small amounts: 0.12pence to £105.00 maximum. When I claimed from Bank of Scotland all my charges were £30 or £35 depending on how far back they were.

Could these charges from Lloyds be right? Do they charge differently from Bank of Scotland. My brother has recently lost his job and has 4 children so I want to make sure I'm claiming for and getting the right amount.

Anyone know? Thanks.

you need to make sureyou claim any charges and any charges interest,
Usually they are classed as cleared transaction fee, unauthorised OD fee, instant OD req fee and so on.
LLoyds charges are usually £5 per day for refused DD up to £100 per month
