Argos Faulty Camera

Hello,
I bought a camera last november, it broke in May and Argos sent it away to be repaired. I wasn't impressed with the focus on it since the repair but it was bearable.
This week, it has broken again with the exact same fault (won't turn on at all - and it isn't the batteries, makes a clunking noise).
Just wondered what my rights were as it's still under a year old.
Thanks
