Hi all.

Im in the process of switching to e-on at the moment. When I started the process online I chose the Saveonline standing charge tariff. However now looking at my welcome pack it states that i am on the energyonline extra saver standing charge 14.

Just wandered does anyone know if this is the same thing or are they two different products?

Thanks

They are definately 2 different products energyonline extra saver standing charge 14 was replaced by saveonline. When did you sign up online as I think one of the eon reps confirmed today in a different thread that saveonline was introduced on 5th August. If you signed up on or after that date I would contact e.on to double check the tariff you're going on.

    thanks for the reply.

i signed up end of july. therefore do you reckon that i will go straight onto saveonline as i have looked on the comparison websites and they are saying i would get a 17.7% annual discount compared to 14.5% as it satates in my welcome letter.

No, I think you need to change yourself, but it's quite easy to do, I always do my switches online.

    Hi Roxy86,

As ScarletBea says, you can change the tariff from EnergyOnline Extra Saver version 14 to SaveOnline via your online account. You may not be able to amend this mid transfer; however as soon as the transfer is complete, you won’t have a problem. ;)

Any change you make on the online account to your tariff will result in a confirmation letter being sent to you.

Alternatively we can amend the tariff for you from our end, just drop us an email or give us a call and we can sort this for you.

    Brian :)
