I bought a Freestat PVR from jl in June but have not been able to able to have it connected at the cost of £100. I e mailed jl to ask if I could have it collected even though it is past their 28 day policy, not only are they collecting it on Friday they are refunding the total cost!
I have never had such a pleasant experience from a Customer Realtions Dept. I am happy to relate my experience to you all , as usually this thread is full of complaints.
