RYAN AIR - cancelled routes from Cardiff to Dublin

HI,
I have just been told that Ryan Air have cancelled all flights from Monday 1st May from Cardiff to Dublin. If you already have a booking you have the option of a refund or trying to transfer to flights from Bristol instead.
We have flights booked for July (and they weren't even that cheap!!) and cannot fly from Bristol due to family issues. Trying to contact Ryan Air for the refund is impossible as they are permanently engaged and expect you to pay 10p a minute for the privilage! Flipping cheek! There's also nothing but the press release on their web site - no advice, help line etc. It's CRAP!!!
Very annoyed - any advice?

One other thing...Aer Arran will be starting the same route from May. I called them just now and got through to a very helpful lady who has put the equivalent flights on hold for 24hrs for me, even though the flights are not yet on their web site. The price is approx the same as Ryan Air. The Aer Arran number is 0800 587 2324 in case any one else is dumped on my Ryan Air like we were!
At least somebody knows what customer service is!
