Hi, I want to buy final cut express 4.0 for mac. I have been looking for a while and have found the following prices:
Apple online and shop - £126.00
Amazon £111.55
Appealingcomputers.com - £75.99 + £3 p&p
The last place looks incredibly cheap but I am wary although they have good feedback on amazon and replied promptly to my email. They sell through amazon as well as their website though the price there is £88. I asked why there was a discrepancy and they emailed back to say it was because amazon charge 40% fees.
Does anyone know anything about them, I do not want to buy it and it turn out to be a fake copy! My head is saying it's too good to be true!
Many thanks

I'd rather buy it from a trusted source; paying an extra £30 for piece of mind doesn't seem too bad.0

I would agree, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!:beer:In My 'Permanant' Pre-Masters Gap Year

I wouldn't go near it - on their site they do not have any contact info. They should have an physical address and some sort of phone number. Also it doesn't say they are an official Apple reseller, so even they are admitting they are a grey area. Anyone who is officially allowed to sell Apple products would have it splashed all over the place.
edit: It also says any faulty product you should contact Apple directly that is always a sign of a shoddy company even if they were selling legitimate stuff.0
