cash back cards

Options
Would this work. I have a morgan stanley cash back card with which i was sent credit card cheques. Would it be possible to uses these cheques to maximise my yearly cask back.
Working like this My credit limit is £2700 i i rearly put over £700 on the card every month. So could i use the cheques to write on to myself for £2000 every month an deposit this in my own back account. Then when the payment date comes round use the exact same money to pay off the credit card. Therefore earning me the maximum cashback and also getting me a bit more interest in my banck account.
Is there anything stopping me from doing this such as not being able to write on of these ncheques to yourself.

But if you use a credit card cheque, isn't it treated as a cash withdrawal? i.e. it attracts interest immediately, as soon as the transaction completes. So if you wait until your statement you'll have accrued a fair lot of interest.

Look at the T&C of issue sent to you with the cheques!
Most will say that cash advances, cheques and gaming transactions do not attract cashback.

You have the right idea, but as already mentioned you will not recieve cashback on the cheque transfers.
What you will need to do is look at the T&C and see how you can move you £2000 each month to another card/account where you will either recieve cashback or interest while to money is out of the credit card account.
The problem here is you may have a charge for every cheque used if this is so you won't be able to make enough interest to off set the cheque fees.
Have a good look at the T&C's to double check.
