Have applied for savings account, 2.85%, instant access, not too bad I thought in current climate. Unfortunately just remembered I've got a bank charge to come off this month which will wipe out most of what I've got left over...

Aaargh, not having a good day.
List looks a bit like this:
List for today:
-Get training forms filled in - nope
-Post a couple of letters and parcels - nope was pouring at lunchtime
-Have a look at savings accounts - done
-Do some surveys, have neglected these lately - can't find any that I'm eligible for!
Really disillusioned with work, just had a big knock-back about some stuff I've been trying to do.. trying very hard to put on resilient front and keep on going but my immediate reaction is to rant a lot and look for another job.
Must think happy thoughts............Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

-Sort out paperwork for OU financial support application
-Do a financial 'plan' of sorts for the month since it's payday (yeah!)

Think I might have a few quid in other accounts as well so that's £350 left, obviously some food to come off that! Planning to put £50 in new savings account when that's open, so £300 to try not to spend too much ofDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Oops on the no more clothes front - I do actually need a waterproof jacket.. off on a cheapie buying mission!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

OK, jacket bought - £17 which I thought wasn't too bad, and hopefully it will sort of pay for itself as I'll be less tempted to get the bus on rainy days if I've got a proper waterproof. Trying to keep track of spending hence line in sig.. although wonder if I should add the £50 present 'budget' onto that too (of which I have spent £32 today).. hmm yeah probably!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

Yay.. it's the weekend. No particular plans so will just see what happens! Probably not spending much... hopefully! Hope everyone has a good one xDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0

It's Monday - blah! Had a really good weekend - lots of walking in the countryside followed by some serious lazing about
Spent £17 mostly on food and drink, not too bad... and managed to find some really good deals with cashback for OH on broadband and stuff for his new house. I've just introduced him to things like cashback, paid surveys etc and he seems to be finding it all very exciting
Today I really need to..
-GO TO THE POST OFFICE!
-Get new log-in for online banking for other bank account so I can start transferring everything over to it
-Sort out paperwork for OU financial support application
Sure there must be more.. thinking....Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0
