Do I have to accept this bid retraction?

I'm guessing you're going to say the easiest thing to do is to accept it rather than struggle with her not paying. However, I thought I'd ask...

I had a clear out and found some MicroSD cards for expanding phone memory, so I stuck them on eBay. The listing is as follows;
***1gb MICROSD CARD FOR PHONES***

You are bidding on a 1gb Micro SD card, suitable for expanding phone memory.

This auction is for the SD card ALONE. I do not have an adaptor for it.

The SD card is completely clean and contains no data.

Please note that I will not be held responsible for phone compatability; It is your responsibility to check that your phone will take the SD card BEFORE you bid.

Now, this lass bid on it and three days later (auction still active) messages me saying that she wants to retract the bid because her phone won't take the card.

However, I have clearly stated that I am not reponsible and that buyers should check their phone's compatibility BEFORE they bid on the item.

Should I simply retract the bid? =/

    She can retract her own bid if not within 12 hours of end of auction. Personally I would cancel her bid and block her. Its not worth the hassle
  • Just cancel it for her- it'll only end up in hassle if you force her to go through with it.

    Agree with both. Never hold someone to a bid if it can be retracted just not worth the hassle.
