    If you qualify for Payplan's help, go with them. They require (I think) £100 per month minimum to be spread to your creditors. CCCS have a lower minimum. CABs have no minimum but don't administer your payments in the same way as the other two.

    Having said that, every CAB seems to have its own quirks so there are postings on this board from people who have been turned down by the CAB.

    When you have your phone interview, you'll need details of your debts and your income/expenditure figures. But I think you need to phone first to book an interview.

    can anyone help me out as to what they need
    i run my own busines so i think my accounts was one of them :confused:
