Hi BigDebtBoy
Payplan are going to be added sometime in the future after another poster (I think it was Lenny) asked Martin for them to be added. I am with CCCS but from what I have read Payplan are just as good & you don't have to wait so long to have a telephone appointment with them.
Good luck & try not to worry as I'm sure that once you have spoken to them you will feel alot better0 -
cheers guys
im a idiot for getting into this mess started by getting a bit of debt probally about 7/8 and i panicked stupidly started gambling to try and win the money back i had spent on cc's then consolidated with bank
they sent me a new card and i spent well maxed it out again
i have been trying to sort it out myself but the amount coming out as just made me get in deeper
i run my own business so should know better realy oh well
anyway what i realy need to know now is
i havent rung them today as i have been busy but wil deffo ring them tommorow is there anythings i could get sorted in advance of the phonecall etc etc so i can get a move on quicker
what are the first things they are going to ask me to do ?
i havent paid my cc bills for last month and this months are just arriving now plus my business account and personal account are all over the agreed limit ?
should i ring cab first or payplan (will payplan tell me to ring cab first before i speak to them ?)

You need all the details, account number amount etc for the initial phone call. Defo phone 'em, don't hold it off. I would be reluctant to not pay any of my creditors whilst I am waitng for any help to be established. Make a token payment to each of them. Maybe let them know as well!
Once you make that first phonecall you will feel soooooooooooo much better.
Payplan's link will be included during the next set of housekeeping which is in the next couple of days. Its not that payplan are not very good its just an oversight really.
Keep the faith

Go to your local CAB and they will be able to help you, they are really nice and dont judge you. I will agree with everyone else and say you will feel much better after talking to someone, good luck :T:eek:
