This free prize draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Peugeot Motor Company PLC, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. No purchase necessary. One entry per household only accepted. Entries from third parties, bulk entries or entries via agencies will not be accepted. 2. All entries must be submitted via the Peugeot website and by filling in the competition entry form. All entries must be submitted on, or before, midnight on 31st August 2009.
3. The first fully completed entry form drawn after the closing date will win a two-night stay for two at the Clumber Park Hotel & Spa. The prize includes a stay in a double or twin room with a full English breakfast each morning, a sumptuous three course dinner (excluding drinks) on one evening and full use of the leisure facilities as well as a spa treatment each. The prize is subject to availability, excludes Bank Holidays, excludes travel and meals exclude drinks. The prize must be taken before 31st October 2009. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. The draw will be made by an independent person, whose decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The draw will take place on 1st September 2009. The names of the winner may be obtained after 10th September 2009 by sending a pre-stamped envelope marked "Instant Rapport - Clumber Park Hotel & Spa competition" to Helen Main, Peugeot Motor Company PLC, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND.
5. The winner will be notified within seven days of the draw date. The winners will be expected to participate in any publicity arising from the award of the prize.
6. If due to unforeseen circumstances the prize offered is not available, a prize of similar value will be substituted at the discretion of Peugeot Motor Company PLC.
7. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of the rules of entry.
