Tempory accoimidation flooded, loss adjusters did not turn up

My flat flooded almost 2 weeks ago, and the loss adjusters (crawford did not turn up), i took time off work that morning and now its really annoying because i have to retain on to damp goods for another week. I phoned nationwide hoping they would have a solution and they just insisted i rearrange it with the loss adjusters, now i have to book another day off work.
this is for a contents claim.
plus i need to buy some new clothes for work but cant untill insurance give me the money so its kind of annoying, are their any alternatives for me?

Have you spoken to Crawfords and if so did they give any explanation as to why they did not turn up0

Did they ring you before or during when the appointment to advise you of this or did you find this out when you rang them by any chance0
