    Tina,

    (((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))

Hang in there. It sounds like you are doing all the right things.

I think you could do with talking to the people doing your DMP about the letters you are getting. And also talk to the bank - ignoring it won't make it better. I might be inclined to see them face to face, as it will be easier to put your points across.

Will be worrying about you until we get more news.

  • I think there is someone who posts on here who knows all about housing maybe they will have some ideas. It sounds terrible!! I feel terrible for you.

How old is your son now? When will he finish school? Would you want to move area? Is there any reason you cannot work (apart from current terribleness) - do you have any illnesses? What work would you like to do? I don't know why Im asking all these questions??? I just feel so sad for you. Would you be able to concentrate to do any courses? As you have a low income you will porbably be able to get them for free. I know it will not solve any of your problems TODAY, but in 2/3/5 years time it may help you be somewhere better, where you are in control. There is nothing worse than being at peoples mercy.

I am a great fan of 5 year plans (those Communists knew what they were talking about??!!). Life and freedom is about being in control. What would you like to do, if you could do anything? COuld you train to do this? I know this doesn't help you now, I don't know anymore practicle advice for you??

Gosh i don't know what i'd do without all you lovely people, you are all so gr8..My son will be 17 in Sept and i will be 38 and he is currently on a skillseekers course £63.00 p/w..i want to re-train possibly in the health care section as in the past straight from school i worked in pharmacy this is no longer an option as too many druggies here and they p me off with all their handouts..as i'm on jsa i would have to do an evening course as i have to be available for work..DR wants to sign me off sick but i refused as i need work but looking back i should have accepted his offer on a short term basis at least then i wouldn't have to go back and forth every 2 weeks to sign on..if i do a retraining its for 6 months and if i decided i did not like it they could cut my benefits (as told to me by my advisor ) so i really need to think long and hard
    Thanx loveley people
