They are pastuerized (sp?) though, or go through some sort of heating process. I read that a new company would be bringing some out that weren't but I've not manged to find them. Also Innocence add orange seems to to everything which I find an annoyance.
With regards to the Book People- they can be a very good deal for the relatively small selection they have. They'll always be 'book ends' and generally some sort of sale. Its a very cheap way to buy kids books too if you know any.0 -
Hi,
You can actually get this book slightly cheaper by ordering from whsmith online and getting it delivered free to your local store.
http://www.whsmith.co.uk/WHS/Go.asp?isbn=000721376X&DB=220&Menu=Books
This costs £7.79 and you can get 7% cashback through Quidco and clubcard points as well.

this sounds crazy but couldnt you use the simplified ingredient list on the backl of innoncent smoothies to make the smoothie itself?:A Boots Tart :A0

Course that should work. I do that kind of thing even when it doesn't tell me exactly how much they put in of each (as these guys do). Presumably the book has more recipes than are on the shelves.0

weaver, I noticed you posted this P&P code for the Book People here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=189707. No minimum order amount apparently. Might be usefull here!0

Lots of yummy recipes & information but it's worth it if only for the silly bits!!
eg.
There is a recipe containing mint, the footnote says:
"Do not substitute Murray Mints, they will wreck your blender!!"
Might not be everyone's cup of tea but it made me laugh!!
