Nice book. Thanks for the heads up.
£3.50 is a bit steep for delivery though. The book is more expensive at Amazon but if I bump the order up with another book I need then I get free delivery.

cheesy.mike wrote:Most times I wouldn't bother, but these are Innocent smoothies. Mmmmm.... Virgin Atlantic have a big fridge full of them in their first class lounge at Heathrow. I'll be going through there on Saturday morning prior to my San Francisco flight, so expect to feel thoroughly sick half way through the flight from all the smoothies I will have drunk.

Have you tried making your own smoothies believe me all you need is a load of fruit stick it in a blender hey presto and you got a smoothie. You don't need yoghurt or cream, just put a bit of water in if you don't use really juicy fruit and you have a cool smoothie that is all fresh and healthy.

I'm partial to the occasional innocent smoothie as part of a Boots Meal Deal (either buy with points or use Advantage Card voucher for extra ponts to make it a brilliant bargain). The recipes are truly inspired and never too sweet for me. Look out for the deal next time you're in a larger Boots. I also rate the sushi!0

Innocent is their brand name - they are expensive, but everything in them is fresh, and they have no preservatives, etc
