"HUGS" sorry things are so wretched for you at the moment. It sometimes feels like you are alone and no one can help but usually it isnt so. I would reccomend a trip or call to the CAB as they will often intercede on your behalf with organisations which are making life difficult for you. I am sure some one will come along soon who will be able to give you more practical advice.

Have you applied to other Housing Associations in your area? Are you on the council list?

If it's really desperate what about private rented?

Yes it's good advice to get help with CAB because at least they can look at your situation objectively. They can also tell you of any other housing options in your area if you don't know already.

Yes that's a good idea. Tell them CAB will be dealing with it on your behalf from now on... but only if you know that your local CAB does do debt because some might not have advisors and can only offer self help.
