On ebay I have the box next to Block buyers who are registered in countries to which I don't ship ticked, but I can't see where you set the preferences for which countries you choose:o

Its when you set up a listing and choose which ones you will ship to. Those you don't pick should be blocked.0

I normally set that part as UK but recently someone from Spain bid on an item and won, which is what has confused me I think

The problem that you get is that you can't pick individual countries in europe (other than the ROI) so you have to pick europe as one thing. I do hear rumours that this may change0
