Can anyone suggest names of companies that provide insurance for property rented out to tenants who are claiming benefits.

The local housing office/housing association should be able to give you details of tenants schemes.

Try using rentguard https://www.rentguard.co.uk they are the best I've found so far and also offer 90 unoccupncy on your buildings cover.
