Easyjet Credit Card

I don't now much about credit cards or anything. I have a Capital One card atm with a balance of £500 or so. I will soon be using easyjet at least once a week for about 10months. Should I transfer my balance to this easyjet card, and are there any massive cons I should be aware of?

Thanks.

General rule of thumb is to NEVER purchase on a balance transfer card. as the cheaper debt is paid off first (the BT), letting the higher interest accrue on your purchases. But I'm sure you've read that already on Martin's balance transfer credit card guide?:rolleyes:0

So you think if I want to get an easyjet credit card, i shouldnt bother transferring the balance from my current credit card?
My motivation for this new card is to get perks with easyjet, not necessarily a balance transfer.0 -
Do one or the other. Not both0

You would be better off getting a visa electron card to book, as easyjet charge you a credit card fee for using their own mastercard!0

Advice on saving money on credit card charges by using Visa Electron (simongregson, this column) remember that the credit card also protects the user in the event of losses on purchases over £100.00, so when buying flights, holidays, and other expensive items, especially in this more 'bust' than 'boom' period. Be sure to remember that, and first check to see if Electron gives the same cover.0
