Siblu/eurocamp/camping life questions

Hello everyone

We have decided to book a holiday to the costa brava/dorada in a mobile home.
I've done as much research as I can but can't find out one thing

Do all the holiday companies run their own children's club on the sites, or are they all in together at the camp? It seems that we can get much cheaper prices with camping life for example, and it does say it has childrens entertainment, but I have heard good things about eurocamp and siblu's clubs.... just wondered if anyone knows if they are one and the same, or if they're not, is it worth paying the extra £££'s for my four year old to have a good time?

Also, anyone's thoughts/recommendations on specific campsites in that region would be very greatly appreciated.

    Hi Lizzie

When we went to France a couple of years ago, most of the companies seemed to have their own Kids Clubs. I think there was also a site-run club for use by any holidaymakers with companies that didn't have a kids club.

    Not sure about Spain though...

  • Last year we stayed with Camping Life at Camping La Siesta in Calella De Palafrugell (courtesy of Tesco Clubcard). Camping Life had their own Kids Club as well as a site run one.

We were out of high season/school holidays though, so there weren't that many kids in the Camping Life club - the first day my four year old daughter had her own private entertainer which sounds OK but wasn't too exciting for her. This year we will be in France in high season which should be better.

Camping Life indicate in their brochure for each site whether it is their own club or a site run one. For some of the site run ones you need to check the age, as I seem to recall a number of them are over 5's only.

Camping Life/French Life do have their own well run kids' clubs at MOST sites but it is always worth checking with them before you book as the small print does say that these things can be withdrawn (we had a problem a few years ago) so always verbally check before you book
    I haven't got one!
