Paris Decision - Strange Objects

Unfortunately, access to this particular listing or item has been blocked due to a Paris commercial court decision that bans trade of certain authentic perfumes and cosmetic products on eBay because of French selective distribution laws. eBay is appealing this ruling but is nevertheless required to enforce it. We are blocking your viewing in an effort to comply with this court decision. Regrettably, in some cases, we may prevent users from accessing items that are not within the scope of the decision because of limitations on existing technology
I keep getting this on really strange items, From computer equipment to cookware. Doesn't happen all the time just goes through phases. I assume its a problem with ebay as I've tried on different browsers(Opera, Safari and even the deadly slow/unstable new Firefox). All my cookies get emptied on exit so its not that. Anyone else getting this up on strange objects.

I keep getting this when I've tried to list a Sanctuary gift set. I can see that other people have listed and sold the same item and as it's definitely not French (unless Covent Garden has moved?) I can't see the problem. I've emailed ebay a couple of times (it first started happening in June) and they say they are aware of the problem and that its being worked on and thanking me for my patience  I emailed them again earlier this month and they still can't give me an explanation as to why it's happening but once again they thanked me for my patience
I've given up now.... but it is just on one item I've tried listing, not on lots of items (famous last words )Light Bulb Moment 4th January 2009 :eek:Started DMP 1st April 2009 :ADMP mutual support thread member: 267 :j0 -
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7932472.stm L'oreal took them to court. (They probably own Sanctuary St0lli
) This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

Thanks for this... but I'm still confused why other people can list Sanctuary items but I can't? I even tried copying word for word someone elses listing and category (I know... I'm a bad St0lli :rotfl:)and still it wouldn't let me list

I hope not... and I don't think so... at least a quick search doesn't suggest this.
