I recently purchased an in car DVD player which has gone wrong after 1 month so I put in a paypal claim and the seller is saying nothing will be sorted until I remove the claim. It certainly was a 'buy it now' auction.
The funny thing is once I emailed him stating that he was most likely a drop shipper but his contract is with me and I regard his China connection as nothing more than a 3rd party and I wont be dealing with them he has failed to make anymore contract with me.
