My 84 year old mother died this morning from heart failure and kidney problems.

I feel so sad and cant stop crying....i wish i could turn the clock back and have more time with her.

i'm very sorry for your loss. i can only imagine how this must be making you feel. feeling sad is natural, you've had a big shock and you need to take as much time as you need to grieve, and to heal from this. i know what you mean about wishing you could turn back the clock, i've felt this myself with close family relations.

I think that is a common reaction at times like this.

My dad died last week. Funeral was yesterday. Last few days have been a blur to be honest and it's hard to get a grip on things. Crying I think, can help although I'm no expert. I think having a mix of family time and alone time also helps.
There is no right or wrong way to deal with grief, I think, it is as personal as you are.

Much kind wishes in your direction. I know a part of me has been wanting to tell everyone because it was so very important to me and a part of me doesn't want to go out and face the world again.
