new update, I sent a letter with what i thought i should be entitled to and received a letter back saying it has been refused (which i knew it would) but on this letter it stated what there offer would be withdrawn if i went to the FOS ( which i have) and any decision the FOS Make would be binding upon them, is this a scare tactic ??
ANy decision FOS make WILL be binding upon them and they will have to pay back the full wack. I still think that going for the whole lot back is the best for you even if they do or have withdrawn their offer. Their offer was only the premium and a rebate so not the same as winning with FOS which would be the premium, interest on the premium and also 8% statutory interest on each payment made to date.

I just want to see your next post as winning here.
  • At last after over a year the FOS have upheld my case on my side and i have a letter back from Central Trust saying they are going to refund me £6500 (but i still have to wait another month til i get the money), Just to say a thank you for all your help to take it all the way.
