hello
hope someone can help
my boyfriend is setting up a new computer and has changed the screen resolution. a few times he has changed it and then it goes back to windows view and asks for confirmation.
he has tried again but this time it stays on a black screen saying it is not supported and we can't get it back to the windows view.
thanks in advance
this has been sorted had to do a system restore thanks for looking !!

For future reference, tapping [F8] during boot will bring up a menu which includes the option to start Windows in VGA mode (640x480). If you know the make and model of the monitor you should be able to find a 'driver' for it that tells Windows which settings it can or cannot use.0
