Please help..RE Paypal TopUp Card

Hiya Everyone,
I am hoping someone can help me out.
I recently applied for a prepay Paypal credit card and for some reason done it under the option of not having a Paypal account. I have now received the card and have activated it and loaded some money on through a Payzone shop.
I am now trying to link it to my Paypal account. I have a Paypal account linked to ebay, and set up another one using the same email address that I used to apply for the card.
When I go to Paypal top up card I select the account management card but the only screen I see then shows me my balance and has four tabs along the top saying My Account, Profile, Transactions and Contact Us. I can not find how to link this to my account or how to top up using my Paypal account.
Also I use my normal Paypal to get payments from ebay, and then I am transfering this to my new Paypal account. Is it possible to close my one of these accounts and just have the one which I can receive ebay payments into, and also top up my Paypal credit card.
Hope someone can make sense of what I have asked and help me.
