Hey, i'm thinking of setting up one of them websites that pay you to search the internet, like wabbadabba.com
How would i go about doing this though? What coding would be required to do the random winners etc? How would i contact the search engine too? And would it be worth it do you think, do you think i could make some profit too?
Thanks a lot!
Paul

First you need to decide which search engine API you are going to use, how they market their services? What sort of revenue streams can you generate? Is the venture going to be potentially profitable? Then you can work out if you can afford to pay someone to help you create the site.
The questions that you have posted are very open, it sounds a bit like you haven't put much thought or effort into how these sites work. You need to do some research on the whole project, work out what is needed and then come and ask more specific questions.
If you had spent a huge amount of time researching and then creating a site like this, would you give all that info away for free? As a coder I could work out how to script the random winners etc, but then posting instructions on how to do it, I'm doing myself out of a job.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but I get the impression on these forums, people help others who help themselves. If you had posted more details of what you plan to do and how you will probably get a lot more help.

not wanting to cause any offence at all, but if you have no or little web developmet skills and are just doing this to make some easy money then I would stop now.0
