How do I do this

I've noticed a lot of posts and posters use short links to URL's like 'click here' or 'Look' or 'Link' etc instead of posting the whole web address and was wondering how they do it?

You have to be in advanced mode, then click the icon with the world and the chain link. It'll pop up a window and you follow the instructions

Or you can type the following, exchanging [ and ] for ( and )
(URL=http://url)Text(/URL)
