I sold an ipod shuffle on ebay... it sold last tuesday and i sent it 1st class thursday. I have got a msg just now says she hasnt recieved it and she wants a refund. it also says have 1 case pending on this item.
just wondering what people think i should do, i hasnt been that long since it was sent...does anyone know if there had been postal stikes?

How much did it sell for and what service did you use?
I do have a concern here as assuming item went for over £39 the buyer was probably expecting it to be sent special and that is why they are surprised it has not arrived.

Where did you send it to? There have been strikes around my area (Stoke on Trent) and I thought I heard there had been strikes in London.0
