  • Aaawww Doodle, just take it easy. When you are ready, get in touch with him, don't just assume he'll be with someone else.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. The sad thing is I really liked him and I think in time we could have been good together. It's not even a year since I have split from my husband and we were together 17 years so I think its just a case of needing more time.

I really need to spend more time on me and making me happy, if that makes sense before I let someone else in. Pah why does it have to be so complicated.

Had a good weekend, have been out with friends and have worked some overtime today so a few extra pennies coming my way next month :T

Had a real bonus at work, we got our annual payrise and I got another £1k, was really surprised as only been in my job 3 months and got a £7k payrise then :T:D

We're a bit tired, but otherwise ok - DS has gone to his first gig on his own, (meaning without me, but with his mates.........) so hopefully he is behaving himself  I am trying hard not to be the stressed Mum waiting for the phone to ring :rotfl:

yeah, I think they will be ok (well, I wouldn't have let them gone if I thought otherwise, I suppose!).....

They have gone to see Tinchy Stryder and Chipmunk........I was considered too old :confused: Not fair - I mean, I let him come and see Take That with me :rotfl:

Awww cool, my DD (who is 4) loves "the Chipmunk man" as she calls him. Not entirely sure she should be into that sort of music, I thought at her age it was all "ring a ring a roses" lol.

    I blame the parents :rotfl:

Ah, now you see.......Chipmunk is apparently a very good role model - had stayed on at sixth form while becoming a pop star, to do his A levels just like his mum said...
