I would be interested to hear this as well as we are having a clear out this weekend.
MK Bowl is apparently one of the biggest in the South East.
We went about 5 weeks in a row up until the beginning of May and then had a break. Going back there this weekend.
Think it starts at 6am, but could be 7.
If you're going in to buy it's 40p entry. No idea what it costs to sell.
Just to give you an idea on size - it covers the entire outer ring, the base of the bowl and the area behind the stage. Pretty much the only bit not in use is the slopes!
Takes us about 2 1/2 hours to get around......
Has proven very fruitful when looking for toys etc. for the kids. As an example we picked up 30+ Mr Men & Little Miss books for 10p each. On ebay they go for ridiculous prices.0 -

I believe Marks & Spencer are about to start charging for the carrier bags. In the run up to it they are pushing the bags for life they do. Once they start charging you will have to pay for plastic bags but they will replace a knackered bag for life free of charge.MFIT No. 810

Fill your freezer for under £40 (not iceland)
I have found a fantastic little shop called LMC Foods the address is Sunnyside farm toddington road mk45 5ah. About 25 min drive down the M1. Well worth it. You can get loads of good quality foods at really low prices. A lot of the food is the food sold in whitbread pubs. You know the fantastic chocolate puds or spoted !!!!!! and cutasrds well you can get a bag of 15 for £1.
8 100% pure beef burgers £2 loads of bacon for £5.
Loads of really nice curry meals and frozen vedge. Not to mention massive Cheese cake for £3 about 20 slices.
The only down side is that you get to the till are really pleased with the fantastic price only to get home to find you don't have enough room to put it all in the freezer. So it's a good idea to eat the contents of your freezer before you go.
For those of you who go to the mk bowl car boot it's owned by the guy who has the big blue freezer van with pictures of dell boy on.Over Draft £0

Over payments this year £50

Hi all,
I'm looking for recommendations on somewhere to buy a Fireplace from - someone that'll supply and fit. Just wondered if any MSE-ers have had one fitted in the past, and if so who they used...?0 -

Our house purchase fell through last week so we are back to trekking round the agents again. Had another bad experience with lying estate agents (one beginning with C and ending in L) so that is another one I wouldn't trust:mad:MFIT No. 810
