Just wanted to let people know what great service I had recently from Faith. I bought a pair of boots from them over a year ago, and snapped the heel when I got it caught in a paving slab (!). Anyway, went to loads of cobblers, who either said they couldn't repair them, or it would cost £30. One suggested I go back to the shop, as they might be able to get them repaired. I went into Faith, and they arranged for the heels to be relaced FREE OF CHARGE!! Got them back yesterday, and they have done a really good job. Did not expect such good service from high street store, so WELL DONE FAITH!! :j
