  • I think when it comes to the point of attending court, if they say Stafford then I'll just have to bite the bullet. I suppose I should keeping telling myself once at court, "well, hopefully within the hour, you will be able to breath a sigh of relief that it is all over and can have a fresh start".

Don't worry if you can't recall all of your 'debts', as with very few exceptions, such as certain student loan debts and some aspects of Council Tax, every debt you had, prior to the minute that you were declared bankrupt, will be included - whether you have declared them or not.
And the OR will know that you are stressed - bankruptcy is a stressful situation - and will take that into account during your interview.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
