Natwest Mastercard Address Problem - Can Anyone Help?

Hello everyone,

I have two different addresses for Natwest Mastercard to try and claim back unfair charges on my Mastercard. I need to send my Data Protection letter off and my cheque for £10. Could someone please give me a defiitive address and tell me who I would mkae my cheque payable too. This is for a credit card and not a current account. The address on the site is in Edinburgh but I always thought they were based in Southend, Essex?

Did you a subject access request to NatWest for bank statements?
Did they cash the cheque?
Send them back a letter stating they need to supply the statements on the credit card as well.

Hiya, I sent my letter off to natwest for the current accounts (I could work out my bank charges off the online site). Could you give me the address I need to send the £10 cheque and request a list of charges to for Natwest Mastercard please? As I am not sure where to send it.

Oh yeh and who would I make it payable to? Natwest or Natwest Mastercard?

oh right thanks. Was just that on the "reclaiming credit card charges" section on the forum it had the address you gave and then further down this one:

Perhaps I contact this address later in the process??

I went with the address I sent a subject access request to so that address in southend could be right.

Not sure which of the two to send my £10 cheque too - if anyone knows one way or ther for certain please say!
