Paypal charges

Just a quick question. I have £9 in my paypal that Id like to transfer over to my bank. I've not used paypal for a while, but I remember they used to charge you 50p to withdraw funds of less than £50. Is this still the case?
I checked on their FAQ's and all I could find 'withdrawal fee related' was a charge if you payment bounced.
If anyone knows, please inform me.
Many Thanks!
J
