Assistance from "Right to Claim" scam?

For some time now I have been receiving phone calls from an organisation calling itself "Right to Claim". Initially the callers claimed to be calling from my bankers advising that examination of my account showed I'd been charged £700 - £900 in overdraft fees (I don't believe this is right) and that a pack to cliam reimbursment would be sent to me on payment of service fee of £196. Quasi impersonation as bank employees quickly ceased as did reference to the fees, but for some weeks now I've received many calls requesting details of my bank debit card to 'validate' provision of promised pack.

Ask them for their Claims Management Regulation number and then report them to the Ministry of Justice who regulate them
