We are ex.d ,telephone pref registered and we never give out our number but in the last 5 days Mori have tried to call us 9 times. We emailed telephone pref, they said because it was not sales they can not help. We have emailed the company direct but they are ignoring us. So now we just do not answer the phone at all in fear its them again. Is there another way we could try to stop the calls ?
Any ideas welcome
(we know is Mori because we looked it up on "whocallsme.com" + we phoned it back and thats who answered, but we didn't say anything just put the phone straight back down it was a automated message. The number calling us is 02088618682)

Emailing and sending letters isn't going to do much short term. You will have to answer the phone and politely tell them to stop.
There must be some sort of error and sending and email may takes months to solve it and you'll have to give them more private info.
It's good to talk. Sometimes.
If you really can't talk to them then block them via your line provider (who will charge) or get a phone that'll block them www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5526084.htm You can add a block list to that0
