Reclaim charges on closed account

Hi

I have an outstanding claim for charges against by bank.

I have recently taken a new job with the auditors of my bank and have been told by my employers that I need to close my bank account as this conflicts with my independence to the bank as our client.

Does anyone know how will closing the account will affect my claim?

    It doesn't affect your claim.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    Is the OP claiming hardship because she didn't seem to indicate that she was suffering financial hardship?
    I think the bank she is auditing might be though ;)
