Kaspersky Internet Security 2009

The virtual keyboard (useful for online banking) in the Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 software has mysteriously stopped working - it seems to have happened after we upgraded our Firefox browser to version 3.5.2. Both my computer and my wife's computer has been afflicted. Any ideas how to get the keyboard going again gratefully received.

    I forgot to add - I am running Windows Vista Business version and my wife Windows XP home version.

    Cor I didn't even know it existed.

    I have Kaspersky 2009 with vista ultimate - recently upgraded firefox and as far as I can tell the virtual keyboard (which I just learnt about) works.

    However I saw this page http://support.kaspersky.com/kis2009/all?page=8&qid=208280673

    Kaspersky seem aware of the issue.

    Have you updated Kaspersky?

    If you have - I would be tempted to uninstall Firefox (take a copy of the bookmarks etc), delete all the firefox profile data, re-install Firefox and then see.

    It's probably of no immediate comfort to you, but it works fine in KIS 2010 and Firefox 3.5.2 - to which you are entitled to upgrade!
