phillips mother and baby items – not bpa free

Over the past year ive purchased a few things from Phillips that are mainly bottles, which are not bpa free. I didn’t know about this at the time of purchase and the items are still sealed – I can’t find the receipt for the item, and didn’t buy on credit card. I contacted Phillips on 0800 289 064 to ask for replacements, which they stated they don’t offer, and hung up on me. Is there any way I can exchange these for bpa free ones?

On 24 October 2008, European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) issued a statement following the Lang Study concluding that the study provided no grounds to revise the current TDI (Tolerable Daily Intake) level for BPA of 0,05 mg/kg bodyweight.[83]0
