OEM laptop help please

I have an OEM laptop, my brother has managed to get it working but he cant figure how to connect it to the internet - does anybody have one of these ? There are basically no instructions whatsoever, they are more like brief notes and dont include web connection - would appreciate any help atall

Its an esys e320 model
