    Thats for a 25 year mortgage. It will increase if the mortgage is taken out over a shorter term.

    For a FTB mortgage @ 80000 over 30 years is 499 (this is for reference only!!)

    For FTB repayment mortgage of £103500 over 25 years it's about £640/month

    25 years at 5% : £585
    25 years at 6%: £644
    30 years at 4% : £477
