hi, everyone.just come back from our local pizza hut and am so upset,but angry that i need to let off steam and for you to tell me what i should do next.
i had a downloaded form but the coupons for the free pizza are all originals,all four. i wasn't sure if they'd take the downloaded form so to save myself a wasted joiurney,rang them first. after speaking to possibly the manager was told it was ok and to come down and collect.
walked there, about 15m there and back,showed the form,a girl was ok with it, and showed it to maybe the manager.
he came over and said he wouln't accept it as it was a internet form. i explained that i'd just rung to say this and was told it would be ok.i said that he should have just saved me a wasted journey and said on the phone that he wouldn't accept.
then he said and this takes the biscuit, you and your family come,get your free pizza then take the coupons off the form,download a form from the internet then stick the coupons on it.i was gobsmacked,what utter ****.
i said how can i do that,as you take the form of me so how can i take the coupons off it and then stick them on to another downloaded form.
have any readers had any similar experiences

Went for my free pizza tonight. They had run out of large pizzaboxes so made 2 medium ones...wow..what a bargain!!!!

goldilocks it's sounds like you had a right jobsworth there - I was very fortunate as my pizza hut were very good and helpful the 6 times I went there.

The offer runs out today so I am shamelessly bumping this thread incase anyone still has a voucher to use.

I'm on my 6 voucher today, no cooking tonight - hopefully they won't run this again for a couple of months or I'll need to spend my Tesco clothing vouchers on bigger sizes for work instead of holiday clothes.

Just had my freebie pizza!!!

I asked for a medium with 5 toppings as there`s no way I can eat a large on my own. The girl on the phone wasn`t happy, but said she would `do it this once`.

It was quite nice actually, I think free food always tastes better, and my greedy Greyhound got to eat the crusts, so we`re both full now.

How horrible for you. I would write to Pizza hut head office, informing them that you have been accused of a bizarre theft whilst participating in an offer which was presumably meant to improve your view of Pizza Hut, instead it has ruined it. You were not doing anything wrong- if they cannot get their restaurants to understand how these promotions work they shouldn't do it.

I collected my Sun free pizza from Pizza Hut, Peterborough last week.
Personally, I couldn't complain at all about the service, etc. that I received.
Looking forward to using those other Sun vouchers too.
