Personally being careful will only take you so far, its always best to have as much protection as possible that doesn't effect yor useability too much.
besides it gives this quad-core+HT cpu somthing to do...

I could run some more completly pointless anti-malware programs...


in reality id probably just get install a few more virtual machines and get everyone to run any risky browsing in them and re-load a clean image everytime.
