For past year I've lived in a flat where TA said I couldnt change Suppliers but now I have a much more flexible landlord, is it worth changing suppliers? Are the price comparrison websites worth it? I'm finding it all a bit boggling so any advice would be gladly appreciated!

if it leads to cheaper supply then yes if not then no0

If you have a low consumption then you can halve your bills. If you are with British Gas for gas and your traditional regional supplier for electricity you can save up to 30%-odd. If you are already on an online direct debit dual tariff you may only be able to save 5 or 15%.
It's up to you whether a fifty percent cut in your bills is worth five minutes bogglement.0 -
